We would like to welcome you to our Thailand Child Sponsorship Program! We have the incredible blessing and opportunity to disciple this next
generation of Thai on a day-to-day basis through our Thai school in Northern Thailand. We have nearly 100 Thai kids attending our school every day, many of whom come from poor and difficult village backgrounds. We also have a small children’s home on the property for some of the children that have extraordinarily challenging family situations. We set up our sponsorship program to make it possible for those with little or no means to come and get an education and encounter the good news of Jesus. Would you prayerfully consider partnering with us and sponsor one of these children?
If you would like to sponsor one of the children on a monthly basis you can simply click on the pictures below to choose your child and we will get back to you immediately to get it setup. The children that attend our school is $35USD per month and the ones that live in our children’s home is $100USD and includes their schooling. You will find the details for each child by clicking on their picture.
You will notice that some children need an EDUCATION SPONSORSHIP, and some need FULL SPONSORSHIP. Here’s what that means:

Our team of teachers and missionaries works hard to ensure a safe, compassionate environment for children to learn and grow in, giving them a firm foundation for their future.

This is specifically for children living in our Children’s Home. On top of everything that the Education Sponsorship covers, the Full Sponsorship covers the child’s meals, clothing, and other essentials. Our trustworthy team at the Children’s Home looks after each child under their care so faithfully.

YWAMCM has a great opportunity and privilege to impact many lives through our school (K-6 grade) and children’s home in Northern Thailand. Our aim is to share the saving message of Jesus with these children and to impart biblical principles as we disciple them on a longterm basis.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What percentage of my monthly donations goes toward the child’s benefit?
We strive to make sure that all of your donation goes directly to benefit the child. There is no amount that comes out for administration or handling fees for our office, but only the required fees for credit card and international wire transfers (about 5% total).
If you would prefer to send a check in the mail to our finance office you may also do that with the following information. Please do not write YWAMCM or child sponsorship on the check. There’s also no need to add a separate note with the check as the code “I_CM105” mentioned below will ensure it is directed to the program.

Can I send in an extra funds for specific needs for the child that I am sponsoring?
Because of the various dynamics of our children’s home and school, as well as the Thai culture, we do not give money directly to the children or their families. If you would like to give additional donations for the children, we do have a Children’s Christmas Gift Fund. Each year we will take the donations from this fund to purchase Christmas gifts for the children. The amount will be divided equally amongst the number of children that we have.
Are there any guidelines as I write to my child?
We believe that praying for and encouraging your child is just as important as the tangible help your donations provide so please write and let your child know you’re thinking of them. It’s quick and easy to send your child an email through us at YWAMCM. Unfortunately physical letters often times do not make it through international mail, so correspondence will need to be done via email. You may write a letter and take a picture of it to be forwarded or type it in an email. All emails and/or files attached will be printed, translated and hand delivered to your child.
Can I visit my sponsored child?
As our children’s program is new, we have yet to receive visits from sponsors. If you have suggested dates for a trip to Thailand please contact us and we can process that with you.
